By using TeckForge (the "site"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who operates this site

TeckForge is operated by an individual, not through a registered company, partnership or other legal entity. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "the operator" refer to that individual operator. These terms are a direct agreement between you and the operator.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site on your own behalf. If you are under that age, you may only use the site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.

Use of the service

TeckForge provides free, browser-based tools for document, file, image, audio and PDF conversion, comparison and editing tasks, including tools that generate letters, invoices, salary slips, biodata, resumes and similar documents. The tools are provided for general personal and professional convenience use only. You are solely responsible for how you use the output of any tool, including verifying that it is accurate, lawful, and fit for your intended purpose before relying on, signing, sending or filing it.

Not legal, financial, tax, HR or professional advice

Nothing generated by, or found on, TeckForge — including but not limited to letters (offer, termination, resignation, warning, NOC, and similar), invoices, salary slips, biodata, contracts-adjacent text, or blog content — constitutes legal, financial, tax, employment/HR, medical or other professional advice, and none of it should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Laws, tax rules and employment regulations vary by country and state and change over time; TeckForge makes no representation that any template, letter, calculation or generated document complies with the law applicable to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and, where appropriate, having a qualified professional check any output before you use it for any official, legal, financial, medical, employment or other consequential purpose. Use of any such output is entirely at your own risk.

Advertising

TeckForge is free to use and is supported by advertising, served through Google AdSense and through Monetag. By using the site you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of ads shown by these networks or for any site you may reach by clicking one — see our Privacy Policy for details on how ad providers use cookies and similar technologies.

No accounts, no uploads

The site does not require registration and does not upload your files to a server for processing — everything runs locally in your browser. As a result, we have no ability to recover files, undo actions, or restore previous sessions after you close or refresh a page. Please keep your own backups of anything important.

"As is" service, no warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Where a tool has a known limitation (for example, a conversion that preserves content but not exact original formatting), we aim to disclose that directly on the tool's page — but you remain responsible for checking the output before relying on it for anything important, legal, financial, medical or otherwise consequential.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Process, generate, store or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or that violates any third party's rights;
• Create fake, forged or fraudulent documents, letters, certificates, invoices or credentials intended to deceive any person, employer, institution, court or authority;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure, or the third-party services it depends on;
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or misuse the site for any malicious, unlawful or abusive purpose; or
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or block access to the site, without notice, for anyone we reasonably believe is violating these terms or using the site unlawfully. You alone are responsible for any content you create, submit, or generate using the site, and for ensuring your use of the site complies with the law that applies to you.

Third-party libraries and links

Some tools rely on open-source third-party libraries loaded from a public CDN. We select and pin these libraries carefully, but we do not control their infrastructure and are not responsible for their availability. Any outbound links from the site to third-party resources are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Assumption of risk

You use TeckForge and its tools entirely at your own risk and discretion. This includes, without limitation, the risk that a tool produces output that is incomplete, inaccurate, incompatible with your intended use, or unsuitable for a legal, financial, medical, employment or other official purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any output, and for any consequence — financial, legal, reputational or otherwise — that results from your use or reliance on it, or from sharing, sending, filing or signing it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of TeckForge will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the site, its tools, or any content generated using them — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the site is provided free of charge, in no event will the operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site exceed zero (0) — i.e., no monetary liability is accepted, to the extent this is permitted by the law applicable to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in that case, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by that law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operator of TeckForge from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the site or any tool; (b) any content, document, or output you create, generate, submit or distribute using the site, including any letter, invoice, biodata, certificate or similar document; (c) your violation of these terms or of any law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any right of a third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or employment-related rights. This obligation survives your use of the site.

No responsibility for third-party ads and links

As described in our Privacy Policy, this site displays ads served by third-party advertising networks (currently Google AdSense and Monetag) and may link to other third-party websites. The operator does not create, control, endorse or verify the content of any ad or linked site, and is not responsible or liable for any content, product, service, claim or loss arising from an ad or a third-party site you visit, including through a link or ad shown on TeckForge. You interact with ads and third-party sites at your own risk.

Intellectual property and copyright complaints

The site's design, code, branding and original written content (including blog articles) belong to the operator or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission, except as allowed by law (for example, brief fair-use quotation with attribution). If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, contact info@teckforge.com with enough detail to identify the material and your claim, and we will review and respond.

Termination

Because the site does not use accounts, "termination" here means we may block, restrict or deny access to the site or specific tools, at our discretion and without prior notice, to anyone we reasonably believe is violating these terms, applicable law, or misusing the service. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive (including Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Governing law) remain in effect after your access ends.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you access the site from outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, and nothing in these terms limits any consumer protection you may be entitled to under the mandatory law of the country in which you are resident.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding your use of TeckForge, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, your only remedy is to stop using the site.
